Privacy
How this site handles information you choose to send.
Operator
This website is presented under BORO PRODUCTION and is legally operated by Himawari LLC.
Information you send
When you send a property enquiry by email, your email address and message reach the recipient. When the shared server is connected, THE WALL stores publicly submitted text (up to 24 characters), posting time, and limited technical data for spam prevention. For anti-spam checks, the system stores a daily salted hash derived from the connection IP address; the IP address itself is not stored in the posts database.
Purpose
We use correspondence to respond to inquiries, assess possible properties or ideas, and communicate as needed.
Email services and technical logs
Sending and receiving email involves the sender’s and our email services. Hosting providers may record technical access logs; the details and retention depend on the provider’s configuration.
Public disclosure
THE WALL posts are intended for public display when the shared server is connected. Private property enquiries will not be published on THE WALL without your consent.
